This website provides general information about Softhaven Enterprises and its services. We aim to keep it accurate, but examples, availability, timelines and prices may change.
Packages and proposals
Published package prices are starting estimates, not binding quotations. A project becomes binding only when both parties approve a written proposal or agreement defining scope, price, payment milestones, responsibilities, intellectual-property terms, change control and acceptance criteria.
Third-party costs
Unless a proposal states otherwise, domain registration, hosting, paid software, payment processing, advertising, specialist content and third-party subscriptions are separate client costs.
Project portal
Portal users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and access only projects they are authorised to view. Project status and progress are operational updates, not a substitute for the scope, acceptance criteria or payment obligations in an approved project agreement. Affiliate participation is also governed by the affiliate programme terms.
Payments
Portal invoices identify the project, amount and current payment state. A payment is treated as successful only after server-side verification. Card processing is provided by an external payment provider under its own terms. Refunds, disputes, taxes and processing costs are handled according to the approved project agreement and applicable law.
Portfolio material
Project names, screenshots, trademarks and product artwork belong to their respective owners. They are presented to describe selected work and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website or portal, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious or misleading content, abuse forms or invitations, scrape private project information, or reproduce substantial website content as your own.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, payment providers or other third-party services are governed by those providers' terms and privacy practices. Softhaven is not responsible for an external service outside its control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Softhaven is not liable for indirect loss resulting solely from reliance on general website information. Project-specific obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement.
