When you send a project enquiry or use the project portal, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, budget, intended timeline, project description, account credentials, invitations, project updates, invoices, payment references, commission records and campaign-source information contained in the page URL. Sharing and international services
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics or project communication. We limit access to what is necessary for the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Enquiries, project records and financial ledgers are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare or perform a contract, administer commission, meet legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Nigerian data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is relied on. Contact us first so we can address the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
